The Born Insecurity: Update

Good for Salon -- they're shooting the "Trig Truther" conspiracy theory full of giant holes.

Now can you imagine a conservative website, television network or radio show releasing an extended piece thoroughly debunking the Obama birther myth?

Salon: Trig Trutherism: The Definitive Debunker/4.22.11

All I am asking for is a picture of a pregnant Palin with a not pregnant Bristol, side by side. That should once and for all settle the debate. Heck, even a dated picture of Bristol during the pregnancy should suffice, yes?

Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of anything Palin related - but let's get past the whole topic and move on, shall we?

Awww, a cub reporter that was dating one of Palin's minions does not always make a truthful article. She "looked" pregnant-that's their proof, rotflmao. I betcha I can make myself look pregnant too you betcha, with an empathy belly (I know ca-ray-zy). Palins's Dr. is not even OB-GYN, what gives with that-this was a special needs baby. Dr says child is hers, of course Trig is hers, she just didn't birth him (very careful wording there). Also too, remember the Andrea Gusty pic where she is full blown huge, yet the airline spokesperson states her condition was not "apparent" on her so-called wild ride a week later. I guess she didn't need that seat belt extender after all. Why doesn't Palin just end this - every Mom has some kind proof sonograms, hospital pics, blood-work, etc. This is just another attempt by the Palin's to squash this story before it leaks to MSM. This rabbit hole runs deep.

No such picture exists, Bristol was sent away to her aunts, because she allegedly had 'mono' during that time per her high school principal.

Good to know that being relentlessly delusional in the pursuit of your political enemy isn't strictly the domain of the right.

Using facts and not personal attacks is always the right way to go. But when one doesn't have facts the only other alternatives are personal attacks.

Jesus, I know that Salon had to build their case, but they could have led with the video of the reporter's interview and the picture of it and been done with it. That's the closer, right there.

And, no, I can't see an article like that ever being posted on a Right-wing site debunking the Birthers. I wish it would happen though.

How's this for a closer:

I also find it very intriguing that a Left-leaning media outlet would post an article would post an article debunking the Trig Birther movement, while you would NEVER find a Right-leaning outlet doing the same for the Obama Birther cause. I think it is really indicative of the core philosophies of the two sides, that one side embraces -or at least doesn't try to shoot down- a story that they know isn't true, because it could be politically advantageous to them, while the other side rejects and seeks to dispel a story that is potentially politically advantageous to them, because they know it isn't true.

It really says a lot about how both sides think and operate.

Couple thoughts. I read the Salon piece and it makes a very credible case that the elder Palin birthed Trig. Isn't there too much 15 minutes of fame on the table for one of the many people cited to break ranks if it is a conspiracy? And for Bristol to birth Trig and eight months later drop another litter - that's pretty hard even for a 17 year old. Also too, who gives a flying crap if Palin birthed Trig? I care as much about that as Clinton getting a BJ, or a certain Brit from the lucky sperm club getting married.

The first three posters frighten me in the same manner the birther's do.

Yes, the right wing media is more likely to be lockstep in spreading lies.

Read we are going to get the full birther treatment this spring and summer. Drudge reports that Jerome Corsi - who brought down Kerry with Swift boat!!! (Drudge doesn't mention he lied) has now found the truth about Obama's origins that will end Obama's presidency when his book comes out. So we'll have Corsi on Fox, then since it is "out there" he will be everywhere spouting his lies. And we will have to live all summer with he said she said, instead of bullshit, you do not get time on air.

As long as the mainstream media lets these asshats back into our living rooms time and time again, a certain segment of the population will think they are credible. Very frustrating.

I don't buy it until I see his "Long Form" birth certificate. Don't disillusion me. I WANT to believe the worst about this woman!
