slightly amused that everyone is up in arm's about a 17 year old baring her breasts. Had she waited 6 months until her birthday would this be any more "acceptable"? Age demarcations are simply arbitrary lines in the sand.
But, by all means, if you are looking sell a headline, magazine, blog etc...capitalize away.
