This is my favorite thing on YouTube right now -- mostly because I can't stand the abuse of Auto-Tune by today's music producers and recording artists.
Here's proof that it can even make Katie Couric into a pop star.

IMO, auto tune is suitable as a disco effect. That's it.
I hope it's destined to become like that thing Peter Frampton used, way back: left behind.
I like this video too, but this one is my real favorite:

Have you heard Bon Iver's "Woods" from his Blood Bank EP? Probably make Kanye wonder if maybe there is "too much" aurotune.
That's it, I'm convinced. I'm buying Katie Couric's new album the day it drops.
Katie Couric stole Jon and Kate plus Eight's hair. (what?!? my kids like the show...)
I'm sick of Auto-Tune and the over-use of "Shorty".
Auto-Tune and the addition of the overuse of probably the same 5 or so fucking samples is just suffocating music. Can we even call it "rap" anymore? Songs like these get huge play, all the while a guy like Lupe Fiasco can't drum up enough support to stay in the game anymore....
wow, that is pretty great. i'd have to think that the guy who does those has a pretty bright future ahead of him.
This makes me so happy...shawtyyyy.
The worst part is that people actually like this sort of thing.
