Shelby is one of my two senators, and I can safely say the correct answer is "brain-dead."
And somehow people like this still manage to get elected into positions of power.
Shelby inadvertently admits he's stupid in Bill Maher's flm Religulous, when he says you don't need much intelligence to become a senator.
It's better to keep quiet and let people think you are stupid, rather than opening it and letting them know you are.
Well, I never did graduate from college, but I'm pretty sure that Hawai'i is the FIFTIETH STATE IN THE UNION. Making it, you know, America.
