but seriously, i'm going to see neil young on thursday and friday, and have heard that neil and his current touring band are putting on the best rock shows of the year.

Hey, why not. Alter Bridge is now doing songs specifically for VH1's stupid fucking reality programming. There's not far to fall from there.
