It is indeed, a most beautiful and historic day! But there are still some very loose ends that need to be tied up.http://bid.blogspot.com/

Dude, I don't mean to alarm you but I've beamed a hologram of myself into your kitchen. Tell Jane not to be scared. She should feel free to go about her day while my unwavering projection stands silently in the corner. Oh, and if you guys need a night out, my hologrammed self will gladly watch the kid. The only caveat being that, though I look like I'm right there, I won't actually be able to change a diaper.

I've got it on my iPod and will be cranking it up. I cannot even express my... well, I can't pinpoint the word for it because "relief" is too mundane... but the fact that America finally, FINALLY gets it, albeit eight years too late, well... I think I'm just exhaling a lot. In a good way. (And finally, finally, my vote counted--never thought I'd say this, but go, Virginia!)

We just witnessed LEGEND.

This should just be the start to all of our work. No looking back now. Time to shape the next beautiful chapter and bring this country and world back to Greatness.

congrats...does this mean that this site will lay off the constant political melodrama now, and get back to it's regular scheduled programming of misanthropic smartassery....

Yes it is--even after a sleepless night of joyful disbelief.

It's enough to warm my cynical heart. Beautiful day indeed! :)

I should've set my alarm to this! I probably would've cried out of relief and joy first thing this morning instead of second.
