After an inordinately long wait, Bob Cesca's book, One Nation Under Fear, looks like it's finally about to hit the market.
Do yourself a favor and pre-order a copy since Cesca's a good guy and deserves it and if you've read any of his Huffington Post stuff you know the book will be well worth reading.

Another good one is 'The Culture of Fear: Why Americans Are Afraid of the Wrong Things' by Barry Glassner. It was written in 2000, and some parts may seem a little dated considering it was written pre-2001 (so old!), but it discusses a similar topic from a more sociological/anthropological angle.
Just goes to show that even before 9/11 the fear mongers were scaring us into complacency.
Yeah, I own that. Interesting stuff.
I am completely in love with Bob Cesca. However I'm not a stalker, so he'll never know.
