Oh I'm well aware of where Obama stands on issues of faith. He's right when he calls any attempt to excise talk of it from political discourse a "practical absurdity" (and by the way, try to imagine George Bush regularly using language like that). Seriously though, go back and read the above quote again; invoking faith and claiming that the war in Iraq is some sort of mission for God are two entirely different things and to think otherwise is shockingly obtuse.
