I love how she puts on her "smart face" and takes that condescending tone.
I do believe windbag has been taken to epic new heights here. All of a sudden her about face on earmarks and the bridge to nowhere make perfect sense. She doesn't stand for anything. She does like to hear her own voice though. (She would be the ONLY one)
Except for saying "terrorists" a lot to stir up fear, that is.

It's so obviously pitiful to us, but I fear others won't see it. I fear those already convinced she's Republican perfection on a stick won't recognize how completely out of her league this woman is. She was the consummate pageant candidate with Charlie Gibson. Repeating his name, trying to get him to rephrase the question...
You know, it probably wouldn't hurt to collectively thank Gibson for not letting her off the hook. Obviously, we haven't seen the whole interview yet, but if he continues like this, I'd chip in for the deluxe fruit basket.

Wow. Just wow. The level of dumb is off the charts here! I watched that entire clip the first time trying to figure out exactly what in the hell she was saying. The second time, I just couldn't really believe she was:
a) Failing on such an epic scale even with the vast amounts of preparation she must have had.
b) Actually believing she was making sense and that freakin' Charlie Gibson, much less the American public, was actually going to be taken in by the crap she was spewing.

I fear Jacki is right.I was sitting here tonight with my wife and several other couples.Palin and Charlie come on the tv.I am thinking to myself,"Come on!She has no clue!" Then when they got to the Bush Doctrine, I chuckled to myself.To my amazement, when I thought she was shown for the fraud she is, the group had nothing but positive things to say about the woman!Shock and disbelief.It dawned on me as they were stating how great she handled Charlie, that my God they have no clue what the Bush Doctrine is either!They think she answered correctly, despite his clarification!What the hell do we do now???I fear she can't be stopped in the middle of America.

But then, there's this...which just left me speechless.
I think that's the whole problem--people really *do* just want a moron in the White House now. "Well, hell's bells, I don't know what the Bush Doctrine is, so why would I expect the possible next leader of the FREE WORLD to know what it is, either?"
i know its not on this particular clip, but did anyone else notice that she said "NUKULAR" multiple times?
