With the possible exception of the legendary What's Opera Doc?, this could very well be the most popular Warner Brothers cartoon of all time. It's a classic in every sense of the word.
From 1953, here's Chuck Jones's Duck Amuck.

I have a sudden urge to go out and purchase a ukulele.
Just had to thank you for the Saturday morning cartoons. Many of my favorites and all happy childhood memories.
Happy to oblige. You can thank my burgeoning midlife crisis.
You know what is crazy? I actually remember always singing the songs the way daffy sang it, like laughing all the way ay ayyyy, and then singing that silly ukulele song. But I forgot that this is where it was from because i used to watch it so much as a kid.
pity they don't rerun these anymore. thanks for posting.
No no no.
The most popular Warner Brothers cartoon of all time, second only to the legendary What's Opera Doc?, is of course, One Froggy Evening. Followed very closely by Robin Hood Daffy and Duck Dodgers in the 24 & 1/2 Century.
One Froggy Evening is genius, but Duck Amuck was so seminal in the career of Chuck Jones that his autobiography is called Chuck Amuck.
