I've been waiting for an appropriate post to ask this, but haven't seen one. I've been getting into jazz lately and stumbled on Coltrane. What's a good album to start with? Thx
Start with his masterpiece (and my #2 desert island album, right behind Jeff Buckley's Grace): A Love Supreme.
Then grab Blue Train and work your way around from there.
